    @WolfSoftware It doesn't appear to set a consent cookie (eg level 3) unless a user opens the full dialog and clicks save though?

    @grrrth Mobile always had competition, even when BT owned a network. Vodafone, etc. Multiple networks and masts. Capacity demands different.

    @grrrth Telecoms are like gas/elec though, nearly everything goes via BT kit at some point, even with LLU. The competition is partly faked.
